The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider in accordance with its applicable rules. The arbitration will take place in New York, unless the parties agree otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and the Company agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New York to protect intellectual property rights or to enforce the arbitration agreement.
